ClassPass for Golf

ClassPass offers access to gyms for $99/month, up to three times/month at each gym.

This works because it breaks down the typical subscription model of a gym and allows you to attend a wider variation of classes classes.  You can get access to CrossFit, yoga, barre, globo gym etc.

Assuming that only public courses would allow this, the benefit to the consumer would have to be the price point (where playing five times might be over $200). If private courses needed an additional revenue source (and potential leads on new members to recruit for the following year) this could also be interesting.

ClassPass for golf would essentially allow you to be a member at five courses.

If you play golf, would this work? Would you pay for this? There doesn't seem to be any downside for public courses to participate, but wonder if this would be interesting enough on the consumer side without access to special courses you might not normally get to play.
